  • It has been commonly seen that people who are skinny do not like high calorie food and hence they do not put on weight. The best way is to amend ways of your eating and include high calorie food like cold drinks and beverages, fruit juices, high calorie fruits like grapes and mango.
  • Muscles are important for weight gain. If you wish to have good body with strong muscle mass then you need to increase your intake of proteins because muscles are mostly made by proteins. Increase the intake of protein rich products like fish, meat, eggs, dairy products, nuts like walnuts, almonds, peanuts and also pulses, legumes and cereals.
  • Exercise regularly. It is a common misconception that only overweight people need to do exercise for reducing weight. Exercising is equally important for gaining weight as well. When you exercise, you sweat and get hungrier. The increased hunger pangs make you eat more and gain weight. 
  • Good exercise also keeps your body well toned and also regulates your blood circulation. It makes you feel more fresh and happier and the happier you are the healthier you become.
  • There are special diet supplements like banana shake or smoothies which quickly induce weight gain.
