Hair Transplant in Delhi

A homoeopathic paediatrician, a counselling expert and a freelance writer are a few words to describe my profession. My sole aim is to put forth practical piece of information that guides every one right in the direction, blending the medicos to a layman with a simple gesture to make the medical things a little less convoluted and comprehendible.

A little plump and chubby kid is the desire of many, often parents like those rosy cheeks and fuller kids but the irony lies to draw a thin line between obese and healthy. Obesity as we all know bring along its own packages of problems and for sure no parent wants their child to fall prey of any weighty difficulty. Studies conducted worldwide reveal the ever increasing sphere of the issue at an alarming rate.

With the rise of junk food in the vicinity it becomes difficult to make your child stay away. But a parent must take responsibility and see if the young one is consuming in excess. The symptoms as of now won’t be significant but later in life the child may have to pay a heavy price to compensate. Being a parent just giving them what all they demand is not a gesture of love but controlled and regulated one would be. Problems like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, stroke, heart attacks are just a few to begin with obesity in existence. For a healthy life later free of any ailments or inhibitions gift your child with health and not over weight.

What to do?

  • Calculate on the BMI: medicos have developed a universally acceptable scale to identify the obesity level. Here the resultant of weight divided by the square of height when looked upon with the standards will instantly reveal the status. If the child lies on the normal side then a parent should just keep a little check and emphasis on the nutritional level so the developing phase lacks nowhere. Further if the child is obese then interventions are to be adopted.
  • Go slow with no nutritional cut: the phase as we all know is a developing one, so to cut down on a obsess child never sacrifice on the nutritional front. Motivate / attract the child to turn towards healthy articles. A balanced diet full of vitamins and minerals is to be given.
  • Try to avoid outside food: junk food is a fat store with not much to add on the nutritional aspect so it is better to prepare food at home and keep the child a little distant from these outlets.
  • Physical activity is to be raised: with the advent rise in video games, computers and electronic gadgets these days teenagers just resort within the homely periphery and don’t indulge in strenuous playing. A game demanding the sweat and hard work is a must. Gift them with a basket ball kit or a football to keep the bones moving and fine tuned. Don’t allow your child to just stay in the household; also this will in turn make them hesitant or a social phobic later. Gaming will not only maintain health but will also make the child learn wining, team work and confident working, over all grooming with no expense at all.
  • Introduce fruit snacks and fruit juices: an easy replace of fried chips to fruits and an aerated drink to a fresh fruit juice is bliss.

The tips may be known and simple but the trick lies to apply them and adopt to let your child bloom the right way. Initial phase may be rough with cranky kids leaving one dwindle but it is for their own good and healthy future. So move ahead and love your children and bless them health not diseases.
